Our founder Richard Earl was recently interviewed by Matt Beeche of Start-up Daily.
“Richard Earl is the founder of global tech recruitment firm Talent International, a company he started in Perth that was definitely ahead of its time when it opened its doors in 1995.
Over the years Earl and his still relatively small team have not just grown the business to revenues in excess of $350 million per annum and expanded its brand into almost every major market, they have also managed to launch one of the globe’s most respected award programs in tech: the Talent Unleashed Awards, which count technology and business entrepreneurs like Richard Branson and Steve Wozniak as vocal supporters.
As mentioned in the video above, the Talent Unleashed Awards is one initiative that actually awards true innovation – untested technologies that, in some cases, don’t even have an industry category they belong to, because it doesn’t yet exist.
On the topic of innovation, Earl says that at Talent International it is important they remain leaders in the industry when it comes to technology, revealing that the company will soon be launching Talent Engage; a tech platform for the human resources and recruitment sector that he is confident will be a success.”
